Is Tim Tebow the Next Brett Favre?

The meaning of the title of this article may be a little bit misleading. 
For me, being a fan of the Chicago Bears for so many years, I have had to endure a lot of listening to how good Brett Favre is (along with watching him pick off the Bears on a regular basis) and have realized that Favre has become what many consider to be a “media darling”. 
This is not a biased opinion by any means and the facts are there to prove it.
I know that Favre is a proven winner and he’s taken the Packers and the Vikings into the playoffs but the media has taken Favre and made him one of its most featured people.  Last year when Favre was deciding whether or not to retire, media outlets were hanging on his every word. 
We even saw helicopter footage of Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress driving Favre from the airport to the Vikings headquarters.  Is that excessive?
