Jacksonville Jaguars, Move Quickly and Pick Up LaDainian Tomlinson!

As a Jacksonville Jaguars fan, I smiled today when I heard that LaDainian Tomlinson was released from the San Diego Chargers.  I started to dream of the possibilities of having Tomlinson and Maurice Jones-Drew in the backfield for the 2010 season.
Then I woke up.
Seriously, I doubt that the Jaguars would pull the trigger.
Let's face it: Tomlinson's career is winding down, but he would be an incredible compliment to MJD's skill and production.
Would the Jaguars consider it?  Probably not.
They'll come up with some excuse not to do it.  He's past his prime.  He's got nothing left.  Too big of a price tag.
The main reason the Jaguars will pass on Tomlinson? 
Because it makes sense to go after him.
I hope the Jaguars prove me wrong and attempt to woo him to Jacksonville.  I think the value-add would be incredible, and bring excitement to a mundane team.
Do the Jaguars have other pressing needs?  
Perhaps.
