Jamaal Charles Injury: Updates on Chiefs RB’s Head and Return

The Kansas City Chiefs lost starting running back Jamaal Charles to an injury early in their AFC Wild Card clash with the Indianapolis Colts.
Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald reports Charles is out for the game with a concussion:
