Jeff Fisher Jumps Ship On Vince Young, Leaves Titans Fans Wondering

Benching Vince Young has become virtually an annual occurrence after Young was pulled by Jeff Fisher in the fourth quarter of their 19-11 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Don't be fooled by the mini-comeback attempt led by Kerry Collins and think that this decision was best for the team.
It was a panic decision that could affect this team in a negative way from a long-term perspective.
If Young decides to get out of dodge and go play for a coach who will stick behind him, then where does that leave the Titans at quarterback? You can't rely on the aging Collins to play for too many more years.
Young is the franchise player of this team, whether we like it or not, and Fisher has to stand by his starting quarterback through the hard times and the good times.
In reality, Young threw two interceptions against arguably the best defense in the NFL over the last five years.
The fumble was more on Chris Johnson laying down and surrendering to James Harrison instead...
