Jerry Jones Estimates Cost of Cowboys’ New Headquarters Is $1.5 Billion

Staying true to the adage that everything is bigger in Texas, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said the team's new practice facility and surrounding retail space will cost around $1.5 billion. 
Per Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Wednesday, Jones confirmed the cost of the facilities that will be located in Frisco, Texas. 
While an exorbitant amount of money for a facility, Jones has not been shy about throwing his money around when it comes to the Cowboys. AT&T Stadium, which opened in 2009, cost $1.2 billion to construct. 
Per David Helman of the Cowboys' official website, the new practice facility will also serve multiple functions beyond just being a home for the team during training camp and the regular season:
The Cowboys will share their new headquarters with the city of Frisco and the eight high schools that make up the Frisco Independent School District.
