Jets Sign RB Jonathan Grimes, Schedule a Workout for DB Chris Carr

While everybody was focused on questions relating to Darrelle Revis at Rex Ryan's Monday press conference, Ryan concluded the press conference with a nod to his Pro Personnel Department.  
"I don’t know what’s out there. Certainly, we do a tremendous job with our Pro Personnel Department, so we will look at all possibilities," said the Jets head coach.
Ryan wasn't kidding as the team has made a number of moves in the wake of its win over the Dolphins.
First, the team released defensive lineman Marcus Dixon and resigned both Bryan Thomas and Patrick Turner.
In other minor moves, the Jets released cornerback Donnie Fletcher and practice squad mainstay Dennis Landolt.
In a more significant transaction, the Jets signed running back Jonathan Grimes off the practice squad of the Houston Texans.  By rule, Grimes must now remain on the Jets' active roster for three weeks.
