Josh Norman Fined for Hit vs. Sterling Shepard: Latest Details and Reaction

Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman was fined $48,620 for an unnecessary roughness penalty incurred during the fourth quarter of the team's 29-27 win over the New York Giants in Week 3.
According to SNY's Ralph Vacchiano, the fine was for a high hit on Giants rookie wide receiver Sterling Shepard. James Kratch of NJ.com later confirmed the fine. 
Much of the focus entering the game was on the matchup between Norman and Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jr. after their physical encounter last season led to several penalties.
Norman did cover OBJ for much of the game, and per ESPN Stats & Info, Beckham came out on the winning end of that battle:
