Kansas City Chiefs, Todd Haley and Scott Pioli Have Every Right To Be Irate

Every person has a right to do what they want with their own lives when it comes to the profession they have chosen.
Also, nobody knows what goes on behind the scenes in any business, and that includes an NFL franchise.
I am obviously referring to the sudden departure of offensive coordinator Charlie Weis. 
With that said, it seems unfair to me that a team, be it professional or collegiate, should be allowed to talk to coaches while they are still in the middle of the season, or more importantly, the postseason.
No matter what is said in public, this can only be a distraction to a young team that is going to the playoffs for the first time in a number of years.  Many of these players have never worked under anyone except Weis.
Maybe he has good reason to leave.  On the surface, as a fan, I think he's a scumbag.  Sorry, that's just the way the story is sitting with me.
Additionally, maybe it works out best for the Chiefs.&...
