Kansas City Chiefs Win On Monday, Looking For More Respect

If you didn't watch the Monday Night showdown between the San Diego Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs, you missed out on one of the best Monday Night games this season.
The average NFL fan couldn't name five starting players on the roster, while San Diego came into the game with college stud Ryan Matthews, tight end Antonio Gates, and pro bowl quarterback Philip Rivers.

San Diego had two solid drives to start the game, gaining no points from their first drive into Chiefs territory and scoring a touchdown on their second drive with a pass from Rivers to Gates.
After the first two drives went San Diego's way, you expected it to be more of the same for this once struggling Chiefs team.
After the Chargers kicked off, it took the Chiefs just three plays to score, after Jamaal Charles exploded through the Chargers' defense with a 56 yard touchdown run.
