The New Orleans Saints released Keenan Lewis earlier in August after an injury-filled season, but the 30-year-old cornerback has gained interest on the free-agent market.

Cards Linked to Lewis Tuesday, Aug. 23 The Arizona Cardinals have looked into the possibility of signing Lewis, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.

Mike Jurecki of Fox Sports 910 added their interest hinges on Lewis being able to pass a physical. 
Steelers Mulling Lewis Reunion Tuesday, Aug. 23 "Pittsburgh [gave] me a great opportunity," Lewis told Anderson. "I respect that organization [and] I definitely want to give the [situation] strong consideration."
The Pittsburgh Steelers will give Lewis a physical to see if they are interested in signing him after examining his hip, according to Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh-Post Gazette.
Word of Pittsburgh's interest in the cornerback was first reported on Monday by Dulac.
