Kevin Dodd Injury: Updates on Titans LB’s Recovery from Foot Surgery

Second-round pick Kevin Dodd of the Tennessee Titans will not take part in organized team activities due to a foot injury.

Titans Announce Dodd Injury Thursday, May 26 Per the Titans' official Twitter account, head coach Mike Mularkey announced that Dodd had "preventative foot surgery" on Thursday with the expectation he will be back when training camp opens this summer. 
According to John Glennon of the Tennessean, Dodd had injured his right foot. Per Terry McCormick of TitansInsider.com, Dodd's injury was discovered after he was experiencing soreness in his foot and an MRI was taken before the surgery was performed. 
The Titans selected Dodd with their first pick of the second round, 33rd overall. He had a breakout 2015 season with Clemson, recording 24 tackles for loss and 12.5 sacks after not having any sacks in his first three seasons as a Tiger.
