Kevin Kolb Is Still Philadelphia Eagles Starting Quarterback, Vicktorious Or Not

As far as stubborn coaches go, Andy Reid has never been known to make snap decisions and absurd judgements early on in the season.
I guess much of this fact is due to the Eagles never having to face many quarterback issues, as Donovan McNabb was always the firm and trusted starter behind center in the past. 
However, here we are heading toward Week 3 of the regular season, and it appears that the Philadelphia Eagles are still trying to get their act together, in terms of who will be starting this upcoming weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
But unfortunately, that was the story up until today.
Following the Eagles victorious win over the Detroit Lions yesterday that saw Philadelphia notably excel under Michael Vick's talents, Andy Reid has stuck by Kevin Kolb looking toward Week 3, as he feels the necessity to emphasize loyalty to the teams youngest and most inexperienced player.
