Leroy Hill To the Carolina Panthers?

With the unfortunate injury of outside linebacker Thomas Davis, could the Carolina Panthers be looking west for his replacement?
Leroy Hill has been a staple at the outside linebacking position for the past few seasons. In a very talented group of linebackers, he has stuck out.
Season after season he has retained a starting spot. His consistency has been a key factor in making the Seahawks linebacking corps arguably one of the best in the NFL. 
Last year after the draft, he received a generous contract to remain at the OLB position for years to come. All that commitment from the team, despite his run-in with the law in January of 2009 which will more than likely end up in a 1-2 game suspension. 
After the trial for his marijuana possession charge came in April, where he received a 12 month probation, he was arrested again for domestic violence. When it rains it pours, I guess.
