Letroy Guion, Packers Agree to New Contract: Latest Details and Reaction

The Green Bay Packers prevented defensive tackle Letroy Guion from hitting free agency this offseason by signing him to a three-year contract as the team announced.
ESPN's Adam Caplan was the first to report the three-year deal worth $11.25 million, while ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky reported that the pact is worth $11.75 million.
The 28-year-old Guion has spent each of the past two seasons with the Packers, appearing in 13 games during the 2015 campaign and registering 21 tackles.
Guion was suspended for three games this past season after an arrest for felony marijuana possession. Per Michael Cohen and John Diedrich of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Guion was also previously charged with stalking and was involved in two domestic violence incidents, although two of the charges were dropped and one was resolved out of court.
