Madden 13 Week 16 Player Ratings: Colin Kaepernick Gets Significant Boost

The folks in charge of the Madden NFL 13 player ratings must have been impressed with Colin Kaepernick's performance against the New England Patriots on Sunday night. Though I'm sure a boost was on the way, Kaepernick's four-TD performance at Gillette Stadium didn't hurt.
Kaepernick's overall rating goes from 80 to 83, per NFL.com, which unveiled the exclusive preview of the update.
The Niners were already one of my favorite teams to play with online, but the better Kaepernick gets, the more dangerous they become in real life and on Madden.
EA "Game Changer" and Madden guru ZFarls even released this video giving tips on how to be more deadly with Kaepernick at the helm:
Other notable increases include Baltimore Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta. He has been very consistent all season, and his overall rating was raised from 79 to 82. Pitta isn't exactly an elite pass-catching tight end, but his 57 receptions did warrant a ratings increase.
