Margus Hunt Combine: Insane Athleticism Will Allow SMU DE to Climb Draft Boards

Margus Hunt emerged from the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine as one of the hottest prospects in the draft class this year thanks to a remarkable showing in Indy.
The 6'8", 275-pound defensive end was not ranked that high by scouts despite strong showings during the year and at the 2013 Senior Bowl.
Yet all of that changed once Hunt stepped onto the field at Lucas Oil Stadium and simply blew away everyone who was watching.
His athleticism and ability was on display for all to see, and what a sight it was. The big man moving like a linebacker—and faster than a linebacker in many cases—all whilst showing a remarkable strength, football awareness and agility that is truly rare in defensive ends.
And it is that athleticism—somewhat insane athleticism, really—that will allow Hunt to rapidly rise up the draft boards heading into the 2013 NFL Draft.
