Matt Schaub Should Be Your NFL Fantasy Football QB Target

Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schuab was one of the most sought-after backup quarterbacks in the NFL for three seasons when he was in Atlanta. Houston paid up and brought Schaub to town in 2007, but were not seeing much return on their investment for his first two seasons. Finally, in 2009 Matt Schaub became the quarterback that both the Texans and fantasy football fans had been waiting for.
In his first full season, Schaub showed that he can be one of the top quarterbacks in this league. Seeing career highs in most statistical categories, Schuab had also shown that he can be one of the top fantasy football quarterbacks as well.
The big bash on Matt Schaub is the fact that he only has one full season in front of him. After taking over the starting job in Houston, Schuab only put 11 games together in each of his first two seasons there.
