Miami Dolphins: Reasons Why the Fins Cannot Get Coaching Talent

This is not a personal attack on Brian Daboll. I am sure he is a great guy, but the Miami Dolphins hiring him as offensive coordinator is a huge mistake.
Obviously, his 29th ranked offense in Cleveland last year does not make any Dolphins fan go crazy about this hire.
His style is very, very similar to what Dan Henning was running with the Dolphins this past season.
Some argue that he did good work with developing Colt McCoy. I am not sure how you can say that after just one season and that one season was not exactly great. Chad Henne's first handful of starts were fairly decent too and we all have seen where he went from there.
For those who have read my last article, you know I was all about Tom Clements (Green Bay's QB coach) for the next Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator.
