Miami Dolphins: Why Lamar Miller Deserves More Carries

It is no secret around the NFL; the Miami Dolphins are incredibly deep in the running back position.
Reggie Bush has the potential to push a rushing title this season and Daniel Thomas has the bruiser mentality that allows him to fight his way into the end zone.
But where does that leave Lamar Miller?
Miller, who excelled at running back for the University of Miami Hurricanes, was pegged as one of the top running backs in the 2012 Draft class. There was discussion amongst NFL analysts that he might just go in the first round in the draft, particularly because of his sheer talent and athleticism.
Come draft day, it was a depressing sight for Miller. He saw his stock plummet and by the fourth round, he still remained unpicked. Despite the Dolphins' depth at the running back position already, Miami felt that Miller was too talented to let slide and nabbed him with the second pick in the fourth round.
