Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles: Is Vick Their Franchise QB?

When I caught wind that Andy Reid had been the one that picked up Michael Vick off of the free agent list, following his jail sentence, I was shocked. This was a gamble not only for Reid, but also for the entire city of Philadelphia. 
At this point, Reid looks like one of the smartest coaches in the league, and could be looking at a Super Bowl team on his hands. Now that Kevin Kolb has taken the backseat as the starter, and has been outplayed by Vick in all facets of the game, he is riding the bench once again. Reid had to double back on his words by changing his mind and making Vick the permanent starter. 
I admit, with all honesty, Vick is the better QB. As of right now. Vick can make plays that Kolb cannot. Vick has the ability to tear defenses through the air or on the ground. Vick is an offensive machine and is an amazing athlete. Vick can make things happen behind an awful offensive line. Vick can consistently win games. Vick has plenty of in-game experience. ...
