Michael Vick: Andy Reid Names Vick Starting QB, Ends Philadelphia Controversy

Andy Reid has just announced that Michael Vick is now the starting QB for the Philadelphia Eagles. Rumors have been circling since last Sunday, following the Eagles vs Lions game, that Reid may have already made the choice to start Vick. Reid has now made it official, announcing that Vick will continue to be the starter for the Eagles.
 
Reid claims that this has nothing to do with Kevin Kolb's concussion, and this is a strategical move based on Vick's current play. Vick started his first game against the Detroit Lions, he posted the Eagles first win, with very impressive numbers. 
 
So this begs the question, what happens to Kolb?
 
Kolb was diagnosed with a concussion following the Eagles week one match up, which opened the door for Vick to start his first game. Some how, from the time Kolb was injured to now, the Eagles upper management has made the choice to keep Kolb as a back up.
