Mike Holmgren: Arguments For and Against Coaching the Cleveland Browns

Mike Holmgren is looking for a new coach for the Cleveland Browns with Eric Mangini, and in the end of his search, he just might be the best candidate for the job. 
Some would disagree with that statement. 
Either way, let's look at the pros and cons of Mike Holmgren coaching the Browns next year...
 
Why he should coach the team
First things first, Holmgren's already a part of the franchise and has had a say in the majority of the current roster. He's evaluated all the players so he's familiar with what each guy can do and could make a seamless transition to the sideline from a personnel standpoint. 
He's got a pretty impressive track record obviously during his long tenures in Green Bay and Seattle, and wasn't sent packing by either team. 
Steve Young, Brett Favre and Matt Hasslebeck are all younger signal callers that grew under Holmgren, and Browns fans would like to think Colt McCoy could be the next.
