Mike McCarthy, Packers to Donate $100K Each to Green Bay Police Foundation

The Green Bay Packers and head coach Mike McCarthy are giving back to the Green Bay Police Foundation.
On Thursday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the Packers and McCarthy announced they will each donate $100,000 to the organization.
Per ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky, McCarthy explained the purpose of his donation is to "be part of the solution to make our community better."
Packers president Mark Murphy issued a statement about the team matching McCarthy's donation:
This is a very difficult time for our country and really need program like this that bring people together, bring communities together, particularly public safety and community members, and really start listening to each other and having a discussion instead of trying to win the debate. This is something that could be well be a role model for other cities around the country.
