Minnesota Vikings: Does Signing of Ryan Moats Mean Brian Westbrook Is Next?

The recent signing of former Philadelphia Eagles third round draft choice and running back Ryan Moats by the Minnesota Vikings has raised another question.  Is head coach Brad Childress also considering signing another of his former Eagle running backs and third round draft pick, Brian Westbrook?
Moats is a feature back or power-scat hybrid, much like the Vikings Adrian Peterson and Albert Young.  The signing of Moats appears to be in response to a lack of faith on the part of Childress in the undrafted and untested Albert Young as a backup to Adrian Peterson.
Moreover, the former first round draft choice and superstar running back Peterson has been acting rather strangely lately.  He skipped organized team activities to deal with a 109 miles per hour speeding ticket and attend Adrian Peterson Day in Palestine, Texas.
