Look, I am just not going to go through this again.
It was fun the first time, Brett. Remember that, a few years ago?
The Packers did not want you anymore. You thought you were going to retire. So they held onto your rights, you know just in case you changed your mind, while handing the job to Aaron Rodgers.
But, then you wanted to come back.
The Pack were having none of it. Eventually, you forced a trade to the Jets and got to play with them.
That drama was kind of fun. Exciting. Tense.
This? Kind of dumb.
We all know you are coming back to play this year. Your team came within a game—five turnovers, really—of playing in the Super Bowl last year. You had arguably the best season of your career in 2009. And now you get to (A) play the season opener on prime time national television against the team that beat you in the NFC Championship,not to mention, (B) sticking it to the Packers two more times this year.
