Having spent the last year-and-a-half getting rid of distracting players, McDaniels is filling the void with players who have dedicated themselves to avoiding trouble. McDaniels does not have to be a disciplinarian when he has high character guys in the locker room. It allows him to focus on all the other vital nuances that need to be instilled into his players if they are to one day be referred to as a dynasty.
