New England Patriots off-Season: Logan Mankins’ Agent Shouts out to Media

At the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Logan Mankins' agent spoke to the media and criticized the New England Patriots approach on Mankins' free agent status. 
Frank Bauer, Mankins' agent, made it clear to reporters that Mankins is unsure about if he will sign the free-agent tender presented to him due to New England place the franchise tag on him.
Bauer went onto express his feelings about New England's approach:
"Everything with New England is built on leverage and using the system. Everything is leverage,” Bauer told the Boston Herald. ”This is one of the greatest guards they’ve had in the history of the place; John Hannah was the other one. I think it’s a travesty what they’ve done to the kid." 
It's clear that Mankins is seeking a long-term contract, but due to the current CBA expiring in March, Mankins is currently in "limbo."
