New England Patriots Offseason: Should the Pats Consider Bob Sanders?

The Indianapolis Colts cut two-time Pro Bowl safety Bob Sanders on Friday. 
The first thing that comes to mind when you say "Bob Sanders" is disappointment. 
Sanders, who has sky-high potential and enough talent to be a dominant force, but is just injury-prone. 
NFL teams will not be signing any free agents until a new CBA is agreed upon. Once that happens, should the New England Patriots take a gamble on Sanders?
Sanders was named the 2007 Defensive Player of the Year, but has only played nine games since then. 
When Sanders is on the field and healthy, he's one of the league's best strong safeties. He's a playmaking, smart player, who's burned the Patriots many times. 
Sanders is turning 30 this month, and there's no reason that's going to make him healthier. He's a very talented player, but his body is much like paper mache.
