New Orleans Saints: Robert Meachem Returns

Robert Meachem returned to practice today after battling back from a foot injury. As if Drew Brees needed another lethal weapon at his disposal.
During the Saints Super Bowl run of '09, Meachem finally emerged as the big play receiver the Saints hoped they were getting after drafting him in the first round out of Tennessee in the 2007 NFL Draft. Meachem had 45 receptions for 9 TD's. He scored a touchdown every 5 times he caught the ball.
Now that's service with a smile.
Payton discussed the return of Meachem following Monday morning's practice.
