New York Giants and New York Jets Look To Make Super Bowl History

The New York Giants and New York Jets have officially sent their final bid for the 2014 Super Bowl to NFL headquarters today. The two teams would like to host the big game at their new $1.6 billion stadium.
The theme behind the bid is "Make Some History."
If accepted, it would be the first cold weather Super Bowl at a stadium without a dome.
In my opinion, weather is really the only question mark. The New York/New Jersey area is a great spot for the big game. There are many places in which events could be held during the week leading up to the game.
The Jacob K. Javits Center, IZOD Center, Ellis Island, and Liberty State Park are a few of the big name areas. Also mentioned in the bid is the American Museum of Natural History   .
