New York Giants: Where Is The Osi Umenyiora Conflict Headed?

If you're a New York Giants fan, or simply pay attention to the NFL in great detail, you probably know that the Giants and Osi Umenyiora are headed for a 15 round bout in the coming weeks prior to the draft.
If you have seen me comment on the situation on this website, you know that I have been saying the Giants should just cut ties and get whatever value they can out of him, much like they did with Jeremy Shockey when they got two draft picks.
It is hard to say who won out on that deal, considering the Saints just got Jeremy Shockey a ring along with a touchdown in the Superbowl, and the Giants used their picks to get CB Terrell Thomas and LB Brian Kehl. 
However, ESPN's NFC East blogger Matt Mosely has come out with an updated story today that makes me second guess whether or not Osi is truly unhappy or wants to leave.
