New York Jets Steal a “W” On the Road, Edging Broncos 24-20 for Fifth Straight!

Like a thief in the night, the New York Jets deflated a sell-out crowd at Invesco Field scoring on their final drive, thanks to Renaldo Hill's pass interference to set up a second LaDainian Tomlinson touchdown for a 24-20 squeaker.
In an evenly-matched game in which Denver led most of the contest, Mark Sanchez made a desperation toss to Santonio Holmes, who was face-masked going for the football in what looked like an improbable reception.
The Hill penalty put the Jets 1st-and-goal with about a minute to play as LaDainian Tomlinson stormed into the end zone sealing Denver's fate and sending Josh McDaniels and the Broncos two games under .500 at 2-4.
For the New York Jets (5-1), a road win in a place like Denver was an example of this new-found maturity and composure this team seems to possess with a greater degree of confidence each and every week.
For the old Jets expected to lose close games, and they did.
