NFL Breaking News: Broncos Coach Josh McDaniels Fired

The Broncos decided to relieve head coach Josh McDaniels of his duties earlier this afternoon after a porous 3-9 start to the '10 season.
Denver was coming off of a tough 10-6 loss against rival Kansas City on Sunday, and the loss sent them to their third straight defeat.
McDaniels took over for departed longtime coach Mike Shanahan before the 2009 season.
He lead Denver to 6-0 start in the '09 season, but finished with a mediocre 8-8 record after going 2-8 to end the year.
The firing came as somewhat of a surprise after Broncos GM Pat Bowlen said that McDaniels' job was safe just six days ago.
However, this wasn't the case today as the former New England Patriots offensive coordinator is gone and the Broncos 2010 season is all but lost right now as they are now out a head coach.
Some have speculated that it was the recent findings of McDaniels taping a practice of an opponent prior to a game earlier this season.
