NFL Draft 2011: What If the Titans Had Never Drafted Vince Young or PacMan Jones

In 2005 and 2006, The Titans made back-to-back first round picks, that in hindsight proved to be big time busts. I am also listing a few players that were available to the Titans when they picked and would have made a significant contribution to the Titans.
 
2005: First Round Selection: CB/KR-Pacman Jones:
Pacman was major disappointment from day one. His draft stock was high before the draft, mainly because he was a quick twitch athlete with exceptional speed and return ability. His coverage skills were average at best. Although Pacman excelled as a return man, his character concerns outweighed his value to the team and he finally found himself off the Titans roster.
Pacman Jones Career Stats:
Tackles: 160
INT's : 5
Kick/Punt Return Yardage: 2,777
 
The player the Titans should have drafted at the CB position:
S/CB- Antrel Rolle
Tackles: 422
INT's: 13
