NFL Draft Rumors Have New York Giants Crossing Their Fingers On Day One
On this year's draft day, virtually every team is holding out hope that a player they really like is passed over by the teams ahead of them.
The Rams would love to see Cleveland and Washington pass on Julio Jones.
The Arizona Cardinals would love to see Von Miller slip past Denver, Buffalo, and Cincinnati.
And, as Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post wrote, the New York Giants would be thrilled it Mark Ingram would fall to them at 19th.
Running back is a different story. They have put a priority on re-signing Ahmad Bradshaw (even with his fumbling woes) but might be nearing the end of their rope with the moody, injury-prone Brandon Jacobs. Mark Ingram would look really nice here if he lasts that long.
Ingram has become a very difficult player to get a read on. Between his minor knee injury  in 2010 and the pretty slow 40-time at the combine (4.62....the do-over during his pro day ...
