Terrance Cody is one the more intriguing prospects in the 2010 NFL draft class. He rarely shows up on stat sheets but that’s hard to accomplish when two or three opponents are always giving him their full, undivided attention.
But coaches and scouts know the proper way to rank somebody like Cody is by the production of the linebackers behind him. He’s considered by many as the best run-stuffer but also more one-dimensional prospects in this class.
Images of Cody at the Senior Bowl weigh-in reveal a prospect needing to show some commitment to his physical training regimen for the 2010 NFL combine.
Cody had two solid years in Tuscaloosa since transferring after the 2007 season from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. The Fort Myers, Florida native could provide tremendous value as he slips into the second round—or he could be the next Aaron Gibson.
