NFL Fantasy Football Start-Sit Week 9: Vick In, Palmer Out

Here’s some sit and start advice as you set your lineups for Week 9 of the NFL season.



Quarterbacks
Start: Michael Vick, Philadelphia Eagles
Vick is healthy again and is saying the right things. He’s going to be a little more cautious with his body.
If he plays like he did before the injury, with accuracy and sound decision-making, he should put up big numbers.
Sit: Carson Palmer, Cincinnati Bengals
He actually has pretty decent numbers against the Steelers, 14 TDs in ten career games, but I would look elsewhere against their defense that has allowed just six passing TDs.


Running Backs

Start: Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
Forte only averages 50.3 rushing yards per game, but he makes up for his low rushing total with 43.3 receiving yards per game. He also has six total TDs (three rushing, three receiving).
He’s facing a Buffalo run defense allowing 188.7 yards per game.
