NFL Playoff Schedule 2011 rolls right along to the NFC Championship game that will find the Saints playing their first home game of the playoff season against the Green Bay Packers.
New Orleans is going to be rocking when the unusual outcomes produces an oddity of scheduling that finds a number five seed hosting a Championship game. This game will feature two very similar offenses.
They are both high-flying attacks with sporadic run games that are led by elite Quarterbacks. The Packers, however, would seem to have the favorable matchup in this one. They feature a ball hawking secondary that is second in the NFL in interceptions and they have one of the league's best pass rushers in Clay Mathews.
The Packers passing defense is superior to the Saints in almost all categories. The Packers rank third by allowing 5.4 yards per pass attempt, while the Saints are 12th by allowing 5.9 yards per pass attempt.
Look for the Packers late season Cinderella charge to continue.
