NFL Power Rankings: Biggest Movers After Week 10

Week 10 of the NFL season didn't exactly go as planned.
Both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars were able get their first wins of the season.  Meanwhile, the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys were blown out by their opponents despite being the top teams in their respective divisions.
As expected, the power rankings look quite different after Week 10.  Below is a complete list of all 32 teams and where they stand, followed by a breakdown of the teams to make the biggest moves.
 
Philadelphia Eagles
When Nick Foles is starting, everything seems to work out for the Philadelphia Eagles.  With two straight wins, this team is trying to prove once again that they're a legitimate contender in the NFC.
