NFL Power Rankings Week 16: Is This the Week the NFC Takes No.1 Spot?

Week 15 of the NFL season is over and done with, and as is so often the case, there were a number of movers and shakers in this week's power rankings.
There were teams that looked like they were on a downward spiral that were able to get a much needed victory, looking at you Indianapolis and New York Jets.
Other teams had a great chance to move up in the rankings and stake their claim to a division title and a playoff spot but failed to come through—hello, New York and Jacksonville.
However, there are two weeks left in the regular season and the two top teams remain the same because they appear to be unbeatable, at least right now.
So who moved up after this week? Who fell down?
