NFL Power Rankings Week 3: Examining 2015 Season Before Thursday Night Football

The second week of the NFL season showed why it's important not to overreact after one game. Everything we thought we learned seemed wrong, which makes evaluating teams so much tougher going into Week 3.
Surprise winners such as the St. Louis Rams and the San Francisco 49ers looked awful in their second games, while squads like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Cleveland Browns quickly reversed their fortunes with Week 2 wins.
There will likely be many more shocking moments over the course of the year, but it's important to keep a broad perspective when judging each team. That means even head-to-head losers will sometimes remain ahead of their previous opponent if a turnaround is expected.
