NFL Predictions Week 5: Every Game’s Odds, Lines and Score Predictions

As we pass the quarter mark of the 2015 NFL season, we have more relevant information to help inform picks and predictions.
Starting quarterbacks (Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger, Dallas' Tony Romo) have been lost for a good part of the season to injury.
Preseason favorites (Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Baltimore) don't have winning records.
And ahead of the Monday night game, six teams (New England, Cincinnati, Denver, Carolina, Atlanta and Green Bay) are undefeated.  
Let's break down the lines for the Week 5 games and make a score prediction for each one, based on results to this point.
