NFL Rumors: Andrew Luck Is Staying, So What Do the Carolina Panthers Do Now?

Andrew Luck and Stanford recently announced that he would be staying in school to get his degree.
This caused a huge shake-up across the nation, and made a lot of noise, good and bad. 
For the Stanford fans of the world, this announcement had to make them almost want to cry and jump for joy at the same time.  Their golden-boy has decided to stay another season, and that means another successful season for Stanford football.
Now that we know he will not be going to the NFL, it will start a whole string of new mock drafts, and even more face time from Mel Kiper. 
Carolina has a few options now they know they will not get the franchise quarterback they have been looking for.
If I was Carolina this is what I would do.
First off, I would start trying develop Jimmy Clausen into the player that everyone knows that he can be in the NFL with his talent level.
