NFL Rumors: Jerry Gray to Interview for Tennessee Titans DC

NASHVILLE, TN—According to team sources, former NFL cornerback Jerry Gray is scheduled to interview for the recently available defensive coordinator position with the Tennessee Titans.
Following former head coach Jeff Fisher’s departure as the head coach of the Titans, new head coach Mike Munchak started reworking the coaching staff—by firing offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger.
On the heels of yesterday’s announcement that the New York Jets would not allow the Titans to interview their offensive line coach Bill Callahan, Munchak and the Titans set their sights on the newly signed Texas Longhorns' defensive backs coach Jerry Gray.
Munchak and Gray have worked together before and could be a match made in heaven for an underachieving team in Tennessee.
Gray, a four-time Pro Bowl cornerback, is slated to be the assistant head coach and defensive backs coach at the University of Texas after holding the same position with the Seattle Seahawks ...
