NFL Week 6 News: Adam “Pacman” Jones Receives Apology

After the Bengals 24-21 loss at home to Tampa Bay, cornerback Adam (formerly "Pacman") Jones was handcuffed and questioned involving a traffic incident near the Bengals stadium.
Reports that he had been arrested turned out to be grossly inaccurate. As was the Cincinnati police officer's claim that Jones was "combative" and "belligerent." Monday, the police department issued a public apology for the incident: Jones did nothing wrong in the matter.
Following a troubled stretch since joining the NFL in 2006, Jones had not been in any type of legal trouble since joining the Bengals in February.
On the field, Jones has been a solid number three cornerback for the Bengals, contributing 8 tackles, 3 pass-break-ups and an interception.
