Nnamdi Asomugha: Jetting Out of Oakland?

The Raiders are shopping Pro Bowl cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha.  Asomugha said at the Pro Bowl last month that he was "dead serious" about his fantasy of playing alongside Darrelle Revis in New York: "Me and Revis have been talking to Rex to try to do something."
Asomugha later tried to shoot down speculation that followed, which died down until Adam Schefter recently reported Asomugha was on the market. Schefter also mentioned that Asomugha's enormous salary "makes him untradeable." 
The Jets have been notorious spenders in free agency, but as a final four team, there are restrictions that will prevent them from making a splash by landing any marquee names in the uncapped year. 
Mike Tannenbaum has said that the secondary is a priority. Lito Sheppard is packing his bags, and nickelback Donald Strickland may also be cut loose because he couldn't stay healthy.
Dwight Lowery could fill the void Strickland will leave but there remains a glaring vacancy at cornerback. ...
