Oakland Raiders: Still No Richard Seymour Contract, but Shoud We Be Worried?

As I'm sure you know the Raiders had to use one of their franchise tags on Richard Seymour this off-season because they couldn't come to terms on a contract before the deadline.
As it stands right now, Richard Seymour still hasn't signed the franchise tag or showed up to practices in Oakland.
During mini camp Tom Cable was asked about Richard Seymours' absence and contract negotiations. Then Tom Cable sounded confident saying a deal would get done.
Fast forward to this week and suddenly Tom Cable doesn't appear nearly as confident. Suggesting that there hasn't been any progress on trade talks.
When asked if Richard Seymour would attend any practices this month or next, Tom Cable said, "I don't know that at this point."
So is it time to worry?... Maybe, as this raises alot of questions.
Is it possible that Richard Seymour really doesn't want to play in Oakland like so many suggested when we traded for him?
Or Maybe Seymour saw how much money ...
