Oakland Raiders: Using a Model of Shared Responsibility In the Talent Pool

Sometimes a leader will "tweak" the model to get better results. The recent decision to let Bruce Gradkowski start against the Arizona Cardinals is a wise one, in my opinion.
It gives the Raider Nation something to look forward to. A little spark at the beginning of the game could start a "fire" that burns strong throughout the entire four quarters.
You don't know what will work unless you try something new.
Jason Campbell is still a good quarterback with a lot of potential. He is new to the Oakland Raiders and giving him more time to get the rhythm and flow of things makes good sense.
Jason Campbell and Bruce Gradkowski are different. It does not mean that one is less than the other.
In fact, since some folks know that there is a probability of an injury to players.
Everyone is pleased that there is more than one choice to meet the needs of the situation in a game.
