One Coach’s Trash in Another Coach’s Treasure (Marshawn Lynch to the Seahawks)

Dear Chan Gailey,
First, let me say that I have high hopes for your takeover as Dick Jauron's replacement in the Northeast. My friend happens to be a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. Having watched several games with him over the past few seasons, I believe he finally has some reasons to be hopeful.
Now lets get to the meat and potatoes of this thing— Marshawn "The Cancer" Lynch. 
You happen to be in a rebuilding phase and as painful as that phrase may be, we need to call a spade— a spade.
The Seahawks have done a fairly good job of removing talented— but unfocused— personnel. It has done wonders for next season's outlook.
I understand that you're attempting to hold onto a talented running back. Even more so, I fully understand that you're attempting to put together a team that will hopefully contend with the other AFC East superpowers.
We are attempting the same thing over here in the NFC West.
