Packers Activate Bigby, Not Harris with Jones, Barber, and Choice Headed to Town

The Green Bay Packers have activated safety Atari Bigby to the 53-man roster filling the spot left vacant when they released defensive end Michael Montgomery on Tuesday.  
This means Bigby is eligible to be placed on the 45-man gameday roster for the Packers' Sunday night matchup against the Dallas Cowboys at Lambeau Field.  
Bigby's strength is playing close to the line of scrimmage and stifling an opponent's rushing attack which is the most likely reason why he was activated for this game over cornerback Al Harris. 
The Cowboys boast three running backs that rival any trifecta in the league: Felix Jones, Marion Barber and Tashard Choice.  And, with quarterback Tony Romo sidelined, I expect the Cowboys to lean upon their running game.  
If quarterback Jon Kitna is expected to have any success throwing the ball against Green Bay's secondary it will have to be set up by a strong ground game. Activating Bigby should go a long way in making sur...
